The hand cream contains panthenol, glycerine and calcium PCA that help to strengthen the protective layer of skin and maintain moisture in skin. Panthenol Hand Cream also contains softening plant oils like rapeseed and safflower seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil and shea butter.
